Our integrated marketing program is designed to be effective with strong reach and frequency for sponsor ROI. We are sending weekly emails, which area businesses are forwarding out to their customers. These are getting 40%+ open rates and 12% click through to the website. The website received 31,000 hits just in October 2012. Just click on the Sponsor Sign-up below.

Sponsors at the Parade Entry level and above receive a website description and they get featured in an email before the parade day. The poster that goes out November 4th is on display in store fronts and door front throughout the area for a month before the parade day, featuring sponsors. All sponsors are displayed in media advertising that goes out before parade day.  Parade Entry sponsors and above get to enter a float in the parade for exposure to all parade viewers. Angel and Archangel sponsors get added display ad visibility in the program guide distributed on parade day. Angel sponsors get prominent visibility on parade day on banners at the Reviewing Porch.

Parade Entry $250  

Non-profit groups enter at no charge. Sorry, no political groups. Commercial groups enter for $250. Commercial groups are encouraged to be creative and bring a community focus into their entry.

Your logo is featured from October 1 through December 31 with a hotlink on the website; your logo is on the 11x17 poster distributed after Halloween, and in the parade-day program guide distributed to 6,000 in Middleburg. Max logo size 2 1/8” wide x 1 3/8” high.
