Our integrated marketing program is designed to be effective with strong reach and frequency for sponsor ROI. We are sending weekly emails, which area businesses are forwarding out to their customers. These are getting 40%+ open rates and 12% click through to the website. The website received 31,000 hits in October. Sponsors at the Parade Entry level and above receive a website description and they get featured in an email before the parade day. The poster that goes out November 4th is on display in store fronts and door front throughout the area for a month before the parade day, featuring sponsors. All sponsors are displayed in media advertising that goes out before parade day. Parade Entry sponsors and above get to enter a float in the parade for exposure to all parade viewers. Angel and Archangel sponsors get added display ad visibility in the program guide distributed on parade day. Archangel sponsors get prominent visibility on parade day on banners at the Reviewing Porch.
