General Sign Up is Free

If you are organizing a parade entry for an affinity group or club, a consumer group, a hobby group, a fun group, or any other community group, enter at no charge. Local nonprofit groups (less than $5 million revenue and 25 or less employees) enter at no charge. Sorry, no political groups.

Commercial and Large Organization Sign Up is $250

If you are a business presenting a parade float promoting your business commercially, or if you are an organization with more than $5 million in revenue or more than 25 employees, enter for $250.

Our integrated marketing program is designed to be effective with strong reach and frequency for sponsor ROI. Businesses receive weekly emails from Christmas In Middleburg which are forwarded to their customers. Thesereceive 40%+ open rate and 12% click through to the website. The Christmas In Middleburg website received 41,000 unique visitors in November 2014. 

All sponsors are displayed in media advertising.  Sponsors at the Parade Entry level and above receive a website description and are featured in an email before the parade day. The published poster, featuring sponsors, is released November 4th so that it is displayed throughout the area for 1 month prior to parade day.   Parade Entry sponsors and above may enter a float in the parade for exposure to all parade viewers. Angel and Archangel sponsors receive an advertisement in the program guide distributed on parade day. Angel sponsors garner maximum visibility on parade day through the banners at the Reviewing Porch.
